Due to the nature of our business and the sale of sealed products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases, sale items, or pre-order products.
However, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if the goods:
To be eligible, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition, and must not have been opened, tampered with, or altered.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
